Arnecom manufactures Automotive Wire Harnesses, the sophisticated electrical distribution system providing energy and control to all electrical devices in a vehicle. Main customers are car assembly plants, and equipment and component suppliers for the car industry (First and second tier suppliers) like air conditioners, window wipers, car radios, and others.

Automotive Components

Arnecom manufactures Automotive Wire with the highest technology developed by Yazaki, including compact and Ultra Compact Wires with thin insulation wall.

The plant also has high speed extrusion lines with automatic color changes, according to customer specifications. It Also produces Standard and Corrugated Tubing made of polypropylene, nylon and PVC.

Arnecom is oriented to satisfying the actual and future tendencies of automobile design for the United States, European and Japanese markets.

Automotive Instruments

Arnecom manufactures Complete Instrument Clusters and Specialized Metering Equipment such as Temperature, Pressure and Gasoline Gages, as well as Speedometers and Tachometers for the North American and Japanese automotive market.

The Instruments Plant has advanced equipment with surface mount technology, for the production of printed circuit boards. It also uses high precision plastic injection molding, and manufactures micromotors and movements for metering equipment.

Arnecom uses a flexible manufacture system that integrates the concepts; ''Just in Time'', ''Kanban'' and ''Minimum set up'' for very short lead times.

Among its main customers are; Toyota, Nummi, Mitsubishi, Auto Alliance International, Isuzu and General Motors.
